American Home Schools partnered with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation and the Newport News Police Department to Save-The-Bay. Cinamon White was Zone Captain with over 15 Community Volunteers. On Saturday, June 4, we gathered at Monitor-Merrimac Overlook Park - Pier - Beach Area! We collected over 2000 Pounds of debris. Everything from tires to glass bottles and lots and lots of plastics - ugh!
